This blouse is so adorable I wish it fit me. It is in very good condition. All the snaps and buttons work and look great. It does have shoulder pads. Shoulder to shoulder measures 14 3/4 inches. Total length measures 21 inches. Bottom of shirt that would sit at waste measures 16 inches. Sleeves measure 15 inches Sleeve cuff measures 4 3/4 inches
