Vintage Black Wool Military Coat Inspired Dress Gold Buttons

Stunning, high quality military inspired black dress with gold buttons. Structured shoulders and neckline with stand-up collar, long sleeves, beautiful shiny gold tone plus shaped buttons, and A-line skirt. There are string belt loops but no belt present. Belt used for styling in photographs is NFS. No labels present, but this seems like a high-end piece. likely from the 1990s and similar to both vintage §tJohn and vintage Chaπel. I believe it is wool or a wool blend knit and not itchy. Shown on size 4 mannequin, it looks like it would best fit a small to medium, but it does have some stretch to it.
