Vintage Black Wool Pencil Skirt Hashtag Design

Lovely vintage skirt. Tag has been removed. Has satin lining at the back side. Side metal zip and button hole. Missing button. Embroidered # design all over in darker back. It has a back 8” bottom pleat not a slit. 26” waist, 34” hips and 28” waist to hem. Very nicely made, probably Union, in nice condition minus the button.
