Vintage Black and Silver Dress with Big Flower and Puffed Sleeves

Semi sheer black dress with silver dots, puffy sleeves, and a big flower in the front along with a high neck and collar. The back has a zipper with small open V and buttons to fasten the collar. The bottom of the dress in the back has a small slit. Great condition dress from CQ by CQ. No blemishes!
