Vintage Black and White Op-Art/Floral Dress/Skort by "in Charge"

Ok... this one hurts to let go of 🫣. I wore this in the late 80's/early 90's. It's over 30 years old, I'm pretty sure, and I'm 99.999% positive you won't find one like this anywhere on earth. You can BARELY read the care tag. (I had to use my jeweler's loupe.) This dress is tagged as a MEDIUM. Fiber content Is 95% cotton/5% spandex. This won't shrink on you, but I highly recommend you wash on gentle with cold water and lay flat to dry. (This is why I'm able to sell pieces that are 25+years old that look so good.) This dress is unbelievably perfect when it's hot out: The cotton helps to wick away moisture from sweat, the piece is backless, and ... omg, here's the kicker... this looks like a dress but they are shorts. I'm not kidding. The leg openings are designed with so much width, that it makes this look like a dress! So you never have to worry about the wind blowing this up, you get to have the look of a dress, (plus the roominess is extremely comfy)!! Incredible op-art style floral print from hem to hem. It's slightly faded, but this is such a strong print that no one is going to notice this. (Except for some jealous friend who will wish it was hers.) Fact: I cannot remember a single time I ever wore this and did not receive compliments. All measurements are approximate: Length from back of neck to hem: 35" Width across under bust: 13.25" Leg opening: 23" across in front!!!
