Vintage Black and White Sleeveless Dress 7

A full skirted dress, sleeveless, scoop neck, button down to waist. Black with white design, self belt. Note several areas of yellow on dress, on belt, and on top. I have tried to show it in pictures. Size 7 would not let me put size in so did as os Length: 50" Bust 38" Waist 34" Bottom 114"
