Vintage Black dress

Beautifully draped, looks like it could have been hand made since there are no internal tags. It’s a small. Laid flat the waist is 13 (stretched), 10 inches un stretched. Bust is 15-17 in. Length is 35in. It can be worth two ways - with the cross bust in the front or the back.
