Vintage Black/Gold Tone Beaded Necklace 14K Spring Ring Clasp SEE DESCRIPTION

Brand is unknown, has a tag, but can't make out what it says, except it has 10K on the tag Black & gold tone beaded necklace Necklace has mainly black beads, but there are 7 gold tone beads There is a hang tag on the necklace where it clasps together, but I can't make out what it says, except part of it reads 10K, but where the necklace connects - it reads 14K. I am unsure about this It is a nice necklace, measures about 19" - 19 1/2" long
