Vintage Blair 12p Red and white polka-dot dress mini mouse vibes

Hey y'all, I am parting with one of my favorite dresses in hopes someone will love it as much as I did. It does have shoulder pads that could be snipped out if you're not a fan of them. Lace Faux tissue in front pocket and working buttons. Elastic waist. A thin belt could also be added through the loops that are on each side. There are no rips, stains, or holes but a minor issue: hem on one sleeve has come undone. Dress is in good condition overall and serves is purpose :) I do ship quickly.
