Hello: I am a bit confused the tag says size 12 made in USA but your description says fits S/M model is a size 4. Does it run super super small??? I wear a size 10 or 12 US blazer. What do you think? Thank you, Sheryl

@smt030128 It has a vintage cut, so the sizing fits smaller. If you are a 10/12, it may fit tight/snug on you.
