Vintage Blazer and Skirt Set

Adorable vintage light blue blazer and skirt set! I believe this is from the 70's but also does 40's look. It doesn't have a brand tag inside, only washing instructions and size label (size 7). This set is in excellent condition but the blazer has some dirty spots (shown in photos) and light staining in the armpits. The skirt has no damage to note. I have not washed this, I will leave that up the the buyer. The blazer has three buttons, a drawstring and shoulder pads but no inner lining (so it wont be too hot), but the drawstring on the inside needs to be stitched in the middle. The skirt has eight buttons up the front and I would say the material is probably a linen but I'm not an expert, so it's my best guess. There are no holes, tears, or fading in the fabric.
