Vintage Bleeker Street, 1960s / 1970s Dress Navy Blue and Red Dress with Pockets

Cute, mod dress by Bleeker Street. 1960s or 1970s. Navy blue dress with red detail at collar and neckline. White X stitching on the pockets. No size tag. I would estimate it to be a small based on how it fits my dress form. (Probably a size 4/6, but see measurements to ensure fit). Approximately: 17 1/2" arm pit to arm pit 35 1/2" long from collar to bottom hem 15 3/4" waist 17 1/2" hips (measured right above the pockets) 23 1/4" bottom hem *measurements taken flat Some type of polyester - no fabric tag A few pulls in the fabric.
