Beautiful vintage blouse by Peppermill (possible Pepperhill) California. Neutral stripes and floral design, buttons up the front. Has a tie (decorative) where the buttons end. Sleeves have elastic at the ends that are stretched out from age, but the sleeves still look beautiful as you can see in the photos! Top is slightly sheer. No size tag but would most likely best fit S/M, but please see measurements for most accurate fit. 100% polyester; hand wash; tumble dry low. Measurements Armpit to armpit: about 19.5” across Sleeve length: 15.5” Shirt length: just over 24”
