Vintage Blue Bridesmaid Dress

This dress is so soft and silky. It is playful and flowing. It has incredible pleats and textures. The shoulders are exposed in a classic 70's style. I am pretty sure based off of the style and tag that it's a bridesmaid dress. It's in great shape. The hook and eye closure at the top is missing the "eye." It still closes at the top - I imagine a previous owner sewed in a loop for the hook. It's so pretty. I love this dang dress. It comes with a waist tie. Tag says 13-14. It's very forgiving and can fit someone smaller. For reference I'm 5'10 and wear size 12-14 pants.
