Vintage Blue Dress with Flower Detail

Vintage high neck blue dress in great condition. So old there is no tag available, so I don't know the brand, sorry! If you know, pleas message me! Small tear under the arm that can be easily fixed. The fabric quality is thick and lovely, it's definitely held up over the years. All the hooks and buttons are still attached and work. Only worn once by me for a photoshoot. This fits between a 2 and a 4. If you want exact measurements let me know! Open for other vintage trades but not for offers. =)
