Vintage Blue Fish Straight Maxi Skirt Purple Painted Cotton Size 2 RARE- READ!

This is truly a rare find. However, the elastic band in the waist has not aged well. It will likely need replaced. A talented seamstress or someone with more sewing skills than I could easily replace the stretched elastic. Or leave it as is. I can’t tell if it’s supposed to be to be the way it is. All I know is that it didn’t fit me and I’m pretty bummed. Length is 40 inches Waist is 22” lying flat.
