Vintage Blue Floral Dress

If you love vintage, you may want to take a look at this long sleeve beautiful blue vintage floral dress with blue flowers that appears to be from the 1970s or 80s. This dress reminds me of the dresses my grandmother wore to church or the coastal grandmother look. I hoped I could wear it, but it doesn’t fit, so I am passing it along to another vintage lover. There is no label that indicates the size, but the dress is small. The bust measures 12 inches or 24 total inches. The waist measures 12 inches or 24 total. The hips measure 14 inches or 28 total. (I would subtract a couple of inches so the dress will be sure to fit. It is small.)
