Vintage Blue Gathered Sweater

I’ve had this sweater for quite some time, I believe it is cashmere or a blend but it is very soft; it is truly one of my favorites, and I’m having a hard time letting it go but the time has come. It has a gathered waist as well as gathered wristbands and a thick bulky neck line. I believe it’s probably vintage circa 1980s, super comfortable and cute.
