@fieldsofdarcy Okay! I took the measurements and the waist is 15.5" (31 doubled), length is 34.5" (69 doubled), bust is 17.5" (35 doubled), and hips is 22.5" (45 doubled). I would say the belt is a little wrinkled and folded with some lose threads (that could be snipped). It has the most wear. I did not find holes or stains on the dress when looking it over! I would say good vintage condition!
