Beautiful blue color with lines of crystals that sparkle. Low cut back in a 90s Baywatch fashion. Great for stage presents and to show off your skin tone. Looks amazing under stage lighting and will have the focus on you. Has a few stains that are barely noticeable (I didn’t even see them until I started scrutinizing the pieces) pictures to show them. I’ve never worn this, but it’s vintage so I’m sure someone has. This would work great for a county pageant.
