Vintage Blue Puffy Coat by Ahead USA, Women's Petite XS Child's XL, Retro Jacket

Adorable vintage puffy / quilted blue jacket with piping and full zip front brand: Ahead USA shown on a size 4 dress form there isn't a size tag in this jacket, but based on how it fits my size small 40something friend, I would say it's either an XS or Petite small [just a tad snug on my friend] 17" - 17.5" across bust, measured at underarms 15.5" - 16" across small of waist 18" - 18.5" measured across bottom of jacket 16" across shoulders 21.5" long 18" sleeve length, from underarm seam down In good vintage condition, with some discoloration to the right side of the collar, and right sleeve end. Not all that noticeable, I had not seen the discoloration / staining previously.
