Vintage Blue & Purple Adjustable Tie Sides Maxi Dress

Pre owned in good condition (as the pics show). No snags or holes. There are a few light spots on the bottom front of the skirt (see pics #7 & 8), but they’re barely noticeable. This besuty is a must for any vintage collector.
