I am a size 8, M/L “Vintage 70s Sweet Ruffled Sweater Vest   Quite the special find. 70s sweet baby blue ribbed knit sweater vest / sleeveless top with ruffles at sides. Pullover scoop neck silhouette with high back and deep v’s at sides - see photos - low sides show bra if wearing as a tank. Fitted waist area with the low sides making for a looser fitting top. Layer this with a button up as a vest or wear as a sleeveless top. Excellent condition.
