Vintage Blue Velvet Dress

Vintage handmade blue velvet dress. I bought this dress because the fabric is such a beautiful color. It doesn’t look like it was ever worn. Kinda has a whimsical-goth look. Sizing- this dress was definitely hand tailored to someone’s measurements. I’d recommend this to someone petite who is smaller than the measurements so you can make it work. It’s such a cool 70’s/80’s style and color. Measurements: Bust: 17” Waist: 16” Length: 37” Sleeve: 22” Shoulders (seam to seam): 13”
