Vintage Blue Velvet Empire Waist Dress - Size Small/Medium

I thrifted this gorgeous homemade vintage dress and wore it only once for the holidays! Lovely high neck and princess sleeve with ruffles and lace detail at empire waist. Not sure on sizing as it has no tags but I show measurements laid out! (Probably a small/medium)
