Vintage Blue Velvet Flats Size 7.5

These Perry Ellis America blue velvet flats can be dressed up or down. They are size 7.5 B. I wore them once to a dance in 1990 and they have been stored at my parents' house ever since. Slight wear on the inside and bottom, which I tried to show in photos, but great condition!
