Vintage Blue Velvet Hat Rhinestone Embellished ~ Lovely But Needs TLC ~ MCM Fantastic midnight blue velvet small hat (tag reads 22& 1/2 ". Good bones! Needs some TLC to bring it back to life, or maybe reinvent to something new? NOTE: See last several photos for condition issues: Dust accretion, spotting on back of hat -uncertain the source, a few rhinestones missing from the trim, at least one tiny pinhole spotting in the lining fabric. Was also stored under other items, so needs reshaped. Despite all of that, a very pretty vintage hat for the right person. The rhinestones still sparkle nicely!
