Vintage Blue Velvet Skirt Suit. F. A. Chattah, LTD Very pretty dark blue, Good Condition, Needs dry cleaning and bottom of lining needs hemming, Size Medium ?. Skirt size is Waist 28 inches, Hips 36 inches, Length 27 inches. Skirt has a side zipper and back kick pleat. Jacket is a 2 button closure and 2 pockets. Jacket is fully lined. Jacket is real nice and could be used as a Blazer. Measurements are Shoulder 34 inches. Under arm 34 inches. Sleeve is 18 inches. Bought in 1970 from a upscale second hand shop in Philadelphia.
