Vintage either 1950's or 1960's Blue Velvet Turban Style Hat surrounded by feathers. Item is in fabulous condition. Label Brand reads Designed by Patrice. Although there is no green or teal within the feathers, the color palette of the feathers gives off a peacock vibe. Item has been stored inside, in a plastic bin. Open to reasonable offers.
