Vintage Blue & White Floral Silk Mini Dress XS

Adorable vintage dress. Beautiful bright blue color with pretty white floral print.  Purchased at a high-end Los Angeles vintage boutique.  Has subtle tiers toward bottom of skirt for a very feminine look. It has a loose fit for those hot summer days or can be belted for a more cinched look.  No tags whatsoever. Feels like a silk/cotton blend.  Fits size s/xs.
