Vintage Blue & White Striped A-Lined Dress

Good used condition vintage. Sleeveless fit & flare mini dress. Pleat in the front center & on either side. Bra strap holder snaps inside & a hook closure at the back of the neck & at the waist along with a zipper closure down the back. Tag states “Int Ladies Garment Workers Union” “ILGWU.” According to my research the tag indicates it was made anytime between 1974-1995, but based on style I’m assuming it is from the late 70s-early 80s. Some wear as noted in photos, but no major damage.
