Vintage Blue and Red striped Dress

Vintage Blue and a red Striped Dress. Adorable tie detail at neck line, self belt, and elastic waist. Very hard to see but there is a faint stain on the front. See last photo. (I actually didn’t notice until I was photographing it- and I’ve worn it!!) Nice a light, 100% Poly. Vintage 14 - fits more like a Modern 10. I’m 5’6” and this hits me about 3 inches above the knee.
