Vintage Blue maxi dress size: 10/12

navy blue vintage maxi dress. has shoulder pads. adorable criss cross tie back. 😍 also ties in the front to make it look like youre wearing layers. a very modest, effortless, and elegant look. day to night. I've never seen a dress like this before. I'd say it's giving retired model now teacher. this dress is a size 10 I modeled it the best I could but I'm a size 6.
