Vintage Blue-green Maggie McNaughton Blouse/Skirt

Vintage Maggie McNaught plus size matching batik pattern blouse and skirt The skirt is a midi labeled 22W has a smooth front panel with pleats below. The matching top is labeled 16W. They were bought together so I’m not sure why they have different sizes. I believe it fits more like a 16 then a 22. I would be willing to sell them separately if that size difference doesn’t work.
