Vintage Blues Enamel Fish Pendant

Interesting fish pendant with medium and dark blue enamel beads that are attached below the gills of the fish and swing freely. The head and the tail are reticulated. He has a light blue rhinestone eye. There is a beautiful silver tone box chain. He may be an Ethel and Myrtle, but I can't confirm. He is, however, a well-made and fun vintage necklace. VGUC.
