This is a gorgeous vintage Bob Mackie Wearable Art burnout velvet blouse. It is a poncho style top but it is not a true poncho as it has a black camisole sewn in and the sides are sewn closed. The sheer overlay with velvet hangs a little below the black camisole. The camisole has a rounded hem. It is a pullover with a simple one button loop closure at the back neck. Vibrant blue and purple with metallic threading. In excellent condition, gently worn.
