Vintage Boho 2Pc Par Excellence of Houston TX Tiered Maxi Skirt and Top

I'm great condition. 100% Rayon. Top is 20 inches pit to pit and 18 inches long from shoulder to hem. there is some color transfer on front, I have tried to show in photos. Skirt has an elastic waist and is maxi length. The fabric from top is incorporated into the ruffles on the skirt. The elastic is in good shape and measures 13 inches across unstretched. There is a slit on one side that has 2 buttons. Fabric is very soft and flowy. Smoke free home. 6HG
