Vintage handmade dress that is a beautiful green-blue color (more green than blue) loaded with white and shimmery metallic embroidery. I am a size 10 and it fits me well but please see these measurements, taken flat, and compare to a well-fitting garment of your own: Free Shoulders Chest: free to 23” Stretch Waist: 14” unstretched, 18” stretched Hip: free to 50” Length (shoulder to hem): 42” Belt is fixed at 32” waist. You would have to reposition the fastener or use a different belt. Excellent condition however, the back of the belt does have cracking creasing which is not visible when worn.
