Vintage Boho Pleated Midi Skirt size SMALL

This Vintage Skirt has been passed down from my mother in law to my wife! Unfortunately the skirt does not fit and we’re looking for a great home! Approx measurements laying flat: Waist: 12” has stretch band waist, can go up to 13” Length: 31” Hips: 17” very slowly though and has room for bigger hips :)
