Vintage 1970's dress in floral print with flutter collar/sleeves and smocked, elastic waist. Front bow is pinned on and can be removed. Dress falls to just below knees. Best fits a size small to medium. Can also be worn off the shoulders. Poly-blend fabric. One small hole in seam on collar although is unnoticeable due to natural gathering at seam. Dress is beautifully flowy and casual yet accentuates curves due to fitted waist and ruffle accents. Very good vintage condition.

yellowfeather @danie464 Hi there! Laying flat the waist is 13 in. across although it's elastic and can stretch up to about 17 in. Bust is 17 in. across. and the hips are free up to 21 in. The material does provide some stretch. Thank you!
