Vintage Boho Skirt with Fringe. Unique, funky fabric from the 1970s. Flat front waist with two buttons and tab closure in the back with a fun lace up detail. Bright yellow fringe all along the bottom hem. Matching yellow cord and tassels. There is a small tag inside with only a 14 listed. Shades of green, yellow, red, black and white.
