Vintage Boho Western Fringe High Low Skirt

A show stopper! Soooo unique. Looks so cute on too. Listed as size med and does fit me but a little tight, would be better for small or smaller medium.. No material tag but well made slit goes in front I’m pretty sure but can go either way if you want. Has metal and turquoise studs Waist 12” stretches to 17” Length 30.5” at longest end with out fringe, fringe is another 8” Length at shortest part 17” then fringe Hips about 19” then can stretch.
