Vintage Bonkers Black & White Shift Dress

Vintage Y2K / 90s dress has 2 front pockets and back full back zip. Fabric tag has been remived but would guess cotton/poly. Has naps/pils throught but unsure if part of design, does not detract from look. I figured worth noting. Darting at bust sides for fit. Great for fall layering! Shown on S model, does not incl. red belt.
