A labor of love- almost like a new hat after restoration, cleaning It has been restrung, it looks just perfect & adorable. One of a kind keepsake Size 0-6 mos Mid century vintage 1950s My Grandma called these hankie hats or kewpie hats... Not positive abt fabric content, It is so very soft Cotton & acrylic blended knits were most popular in this era. Cinches gently & has super soft ties for soft skin under the chin. Picture perfect with cute pom pom hanging ties.
