Vintage Bonnie Jean red/blue dress

Girls' size 16 but I'm 5'4", 125 lbs, with bust size 32A. I wear a size 4. You can see how it fits me in the photos. It hits above the knee and has a drop waist with the red/white striped belt with bow. It feels like 100% polyester. There are a couple of spots at the neck where the thread is unraveling. Otherwise, it's in great condition.
