It’s one of my favorites! I own this beauty in Olive green and in black. Although the skirt is more than a full circle, it is not heavy it is a light cotton poplin. I am wearing a size 8 in black. I had to still alter the bust, since there is no stretch. Lots of work! added an insert in the bodice to make bust bigger and a matching trim at the top to make it larger, since it had so much cleavage!
