The skirt is more than a full circle. Excellent quality crisp poplin fabric. I am wearing a size 8 in black in the pic. Also have it in a beautiful olive green. I had to have it altered and customized to fit the bust, since there is no stretch. Lots of work! An insert was added in the bodice to make bust bigger and a matching trim along the front.
