Impeccably tailored vintage women’s small gingham shirt. As you see in last photo, front pocket so well-matched it blends into shirt pattern as it should. No size or fabric tags, but it fits as a women’s small. Note, those top buttons are on the right side, not left, sort of opposite the usual for women.
