This is a vintage Boys Scouts of America Uniform Shirt, Cat 599 from the 1980s. It has 3 patches on the right arm - American Flag, Honor Unit 1982, and Panther's Color Patch. It has 2 patches on the left arm - Heart of America Council Kansas-Missouri and Troop 179 patch. It is a size small that is 27 inches long and 18 inches armpit to armpit. This shirt is in good condition with only a couple of small spots towards the bottom.
