Vintage Boy Scouts of America BSA Sash with 20 Merit Insignia Patches Badges This is a really cool find. Extremely old BSA olive green stash with 20 merit badges. You can tell the difference between these vintage ones and the newer ones created by factory machines. You can almost see how some of these look almost hand-created. They are so cool! My favorite is the totem pole one. These are a really neat collectors item but I would almost love to remove a few to repurpose for an up cycled vintage look on clothes/jackets. That was my plan when I bought it but I didn't have the heart to tear out the vintage stitches that make this so special. Condition: Very good vintage condition. I don't know the exact age but in showing this to someone who is very familiar with BSA they dated it to pre 1960 as early as 1930.
