Vintage Braided Mother of Pearl with green and gold-tone accent beads

I am assuming this is Mother of Pearl, since they have a shine to them, but I cannot guarantee. I am assuming the other beads are man-made, possibly jade green beads. It is a beautiful braided necklace with green and gold accents that draw attention to it. It is approximately 16" long, not including the clasp.
